Hi Can anyone help?? We've recently taken delivery of our new fully integrated dishwasher.

We unpacked it yesterday to give it the once over before new kitchen is installed and so far I'm far from impressed!! The tension adjustment of the door spring is lethal!!!

We've (well hubby actually!) adjusted the door spring tension, but the door is still so tightly spring loaded, you have to hold it down with one hand, whilst you load it with the other, then stand well clear when you close it, or it'll take your hand off, its ridiculous! OK, it doesn't have the outer door on yet, so that will help with some of the weight, but it's still not going to be enough to keep it open!
